How I work
This page exists because the method is unusual, and because you should know exactly what you are buying before you pay for it.
What actually happens
You describe the problem
Not the solution. One paragraph is enough to start. The most useful thing you can tell me is what is painful today and what it costs you.
We agree the scope and I send a written quote
It says what is included, what is not, and the price. Nothing starts until you accept it.
AI writes the first draft
This is the part most companies do not tell you about. It is also why the price is what it is.
I review every line
Generated code is a draft, not a delivery. Details below.
You see it running early
Not a slide deck at the end. A working version you can click through while there is still time to change it.
You get the repository
The code, the history and the setup notes. If you want to continue somewhere else, nothing stops you.
What "reviewed" means here
This is the word the whole site rests on, so here is the detail.
- I read every line that ships. Not a sample, not a summary.
- Tests are written for the parts where being wrong costs money.
- Before launch there is a security pass: how people log in, who is allowed to see what, how input is handled, and anything that touches personal data.
- Anything complex gets a second opinion on the design before it is built, not after it is broken.
- If I cannot explain how a piece of code works, it does not ship.
What you get at the end
The running application, the repository, the setup notes, and a person who can still answer questions about it.
What I do not do
Being clear about this saves both of us time.
- I do not promise a date before the scope is fixed. Once it is fixed, I commit to it and tell you immediately if something outside the scope threatens it.
- I am one person. There is no 24-hour support line, and I would rather say so now than in an emergency.
- I do not take work I cannot review properly. If a project needs a team, I will say so and tell you what I think it needs.
- I do not tie you to me. No lock-in, and no retainer you cannot leave.

One paragraph is enough. I answer within two working days, and the answer is either a quote or an honest reason why I am not the right person for it.
