This page covers the Horizon Logic website at horizon-logic.tech. The controller of the data described here is Horizon Logic OÜ, an Estonian company. Write to info@horizon-logic.tech with any question about it.

1. The request form

When you send the form at /request you give: your name, your email address, a description of what you want built, and optionally a budget range, a timeline and a link. All of it goes into one email to info@horizon-logic.tech and nowhere else.

None of it is stored on this website. There is no database of requests, no copy in the site's logs, and no copy in your browser session. Once the email is sent, the email is the only copy, and it lives in the Horizon Logic mailbox for as long as the conversation needs it and no longer.

The email address you give is used to reply to you about your request. It is not added to any mailing list and is not passed to anyone else.

The site counts how many times the form has been sent from one internet address, so that it cannot be flooded. That count holds an unreadable fingerprint of the address rather than the address itself, and it expires with the counting window, which is one hour.

If you would rather not use the form at all, email info@horizon-logic.tech directly. It reaches the same place.

2. Cloudflare Turnstile

The request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. To do that, your browser contacts Cloudflare, and Cloudflare receives your IP address, information about your browser, and the result of its own check. This happens before your request is sent and is necessary for the form to work. Cloudflare acts as a processor for this check, and its own terms apply to what it receives. Turnstile sets no advertising cookies and is not used to track you across sites.

Turnstile runs on the request page and on no other page of this site.

3. Google Analytics

Google Analytics is not active on this site. No analytics script loads, no analytics cookie is set, and nothing about your visit is sent to Google.

4. There is no advertising on this site

This site serves no advertising. It loads no advertising script, sets no advertising cookie, and builds no profile of you for any advertising network. Earlier versions of this page said otherwise, because the site once carried Google AdSense on the tool pages. That was removed on 17 September 2026, along with the script and everything that could switch it back on.

5. Cookies

The site sets cookies that are necessary for it to work. It sets no analytics or advertising cookies and uses no third-party measurement. The full list, with what each one is for and how long it lasts, is in the cookie policy.

6. How long things are kept

• A request you send: the email, in the Horizon Logic mailbox, for as long as the conversation needs it and no longer. Nothing else exists to keep.
• The flood counter: a fingerprint of an internet address, for one hour.
• Analytics data: none is collected. Google Analytics is not configured on this site.
• Cookies: for the duration listed against each one in the cookie policy.

7. Who else sees anything

Nothing about you is sold. Every request to this site is processed by its hosting, before this application ever sees it:

• Laravel Cloud, which hosts this site, and Cloudflare, which sits in front of it as a content delivery and edge network. Both process every request to every page, the same as they would for any website.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, separately, for the bot check on the request form.
• No analytics or advertising provider: Google Analytics is not configured on this site, so no visit data is sent to Google or anyone else for measurement.
• The email provider that carries a request from this site to the Horizon Logic mailbox.

Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it.

8. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation and Estonian law you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, object to processing, or withdraw a consent you have given. Write to info@horizon-logic.tech.

For a request sent through the form, that means the email itself, because nothing else exists. The site sets no analytics cookies, so there is no analytics consent to withdraw.

You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, www.aki.ee.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and holds no store of anything a visitor writes, which is the strongest protection available: there is no collection of requests to lose. No transfer over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

10. Changes to this policy

When what the site does changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. That is what happened on 17 September 2026, when the advertising sections were removed because the advertising was.
