1. Acceptance

By using the Horizon Logic website at horizon-logic.tech you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

The site does two things. It describes the development work Horizon Logic OÜ sells, and it offers a request form for asking about that work.

Sending the request form is an enquiry and nothing more. It is not an order, and it commits neither side to anything. Work begins only under a separate written quote that both sides have accepted.

3. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including its text, graphics, logos, code and designs, belongs to Horizon Logic OÜ and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No part of the site may be copied, modified, distributed or reverse-engineered without prior written consent.

4. Using the site properly

When using this site you agree to:

• use the form only for lawful purposes;
• not attempt to disrupt, overload or interfere with the site;
• not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it;
• not use automated systems to access it without permission;
• not use the request form to send messages on behalf of someone else, or to send anything unlawful, abusive or unsolicited.

The request form is rate limited per internet address and protected by a bot check. Access may be refused where these terms are broken.

5. Disclaimers

The information on this site is provided for informational purposes only. It is not professional, financial, legal or medical advice.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horizon Logic OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from use of this site or reliance on anything on it.

7. Third-party services

Laravel Cloud hosts this site, and Cloudflare sits in front of it as a content delivery and edge network. Both process every request to every page before this application sees it, the same as they would for any website. Beyond that hosting, this site uses these third-party services and no others:

• Google Analytics is not active on this site, so no visit data is sent to Google.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, on the request page only, to tell people from bots.
• An email provider, to carry a request from this site to the Horizon Logic mailbox.

This site serves no advertising. It carried Google AdSense until 17 September 2026; that was removed, and with it every script and setting behind it.

Each of these services has its own terms and privacy policy. What each one receives is set out in the privacy policy.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be changed. A change is posted on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
